S99my Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using s99my's services. By registering or accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated below. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the s99my platform accessible at s99my.bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and s99my as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of those changes. s99my reserves the right to update these terms at any time and will notify users via a notice on the platform or through their registered email address.
The s99my platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. s99my is not liable for any consequences arising from false age declarations during registration.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the s99my platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior warning.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information including your full name, phone number, and a valid email address. s99my reserves the right to verify user identity at any time and may request supporting documents such as a Malaysian identity card if deemed necessary for compliance purposes.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential and not sharing it with any third party. All activity that occurs under your account is considered your own. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the s99my support team immediately at [email protected].

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the s99my platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws in Malaysia. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, manipulate payment systems, or use unauthorised third-party software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Users are prohibited from engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or activities that may compromise the integrity of the platform or other users. s99my reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions and temporarily freeze accounts during an investigation without prior notice.
Users also agree not to transfer, sell, or give away their account to any other party. Any attempt to change account ownership will result in immediate account closure. Any unclaimed balance at the time of closure will be subject to the refund policy stated in the payments section.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the s99my platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via payment methods supported by the platform, including FPX and TNG eWallet. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to the current limits set by the platform and may change from time to time based on operational requirements.
Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the established account verification procedures. s99my reserves the right to request proof of identity and payment method verification before approving any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the selected payment method and may take up to three business days under normal circumstances.
S99my is not liable for any transaction delays or failures caused by factors beyond our control, including bank service disruptions, network failures, or technical issues with third-party payment processing systems. Any transaction disputes must be reported to the support team within 30 days of the transaction date.

All content, designs, logos, software, and visual elements on the s99my platform are the exclusive intellectual property of s99my or its licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, modifying, or using any such content without prior written permission from s99my. Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
The s99my platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment processors. s99my does not endorse, guarantee, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the s99my platform will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the appropriate Malaysian courts. 6. Changes to Terms & Account Closure
S99my reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with the latest version.
S99my reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without notice if the user violates any provision of these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, provides false information during registration, or fails to comply with identity verification requests. In the event of account closure due to a breach, s99my reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending the outcome of an internal investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Once the account is closed, all personal data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy s99my in effect.
